Build Your Nest - Postpartum Planning Series

6 online small group sessions following Kestral Gates' thoughtful & thorough postpartum planning workbook, "Build Your Nest." Make new friends, enjoy slowing down to consciously focus on your pregnancy & upcoming postpartum window,  & walk away with a completed postpartum plan that is tailored to you and your family with a focus on recovery and self-care. Beyond the book: this workshop is guided by a trained postpartum doula and sprinkled with many local resources, tips, reassurance, mindfulness activities, and valuable knowledge to set you up with your most peaceful postpartum!

Weekly on Monday afternoons beginning on 10/16:
