Join postpartum doula and former art educator, Andrea Luzitano of Upon Arrival (www.uponarrivaldoula.com), for a virtual evening of guided meditation and artmaking.
No previous art experience required - anyone can create and there is no wrong way to make art! Even if your baby hasn't arrived yet or is fully grown and off in the world, any mama is welcome to join us for a wonderful evening of artmaking. Materials and video meeting link will be sent to you upon registration. All you need is your device, the materials, a clear space to work, and a quiet area to relax and unwind as we create our own Meditative Labyrinths.
